By failing to avoid a contact, Mary S also broke RRS 14
It was not reasonably possible for Bellino, the right-of-way boat, to avoid the contact with Mary S when it was clear that Mary S was not keeping clear, so she didn't break RRS 14.

Bellino's score was made significantly worse through no fault of her own by physical damage because of the action of Mary S that was breaking RRS 10 and 14. So she meets the requirements of RRS 62.1(b).
Too few of the race has been sailed to give redress and score Bellino for the Fastnet race itself.
It is possible to consider redress for the series score for the Fastnet race.

IRL 20 infringed SI 27.2.1 and the infringement, even though it was unintentional and no advantage has been gained, was not unavoidable by using a different GPS equipment and relying on multiple sources of information.
Therefore, there was no improper action of the Race Committee by penalizing IRL 20 in accordance with SI 27.2.1
